Our Services
Every visit is designed with one goal in mind: helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love. I take an individualized approach to care, combining hands-on treatment with targeted rehabilitation strategies based on your specific needs and goals.
Services may include dry needling, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic exercise. Your care plan is always tailored to you—because no two bodies, injuries, or goals are the same.

A new client visit in our office is designed to fully understand you and your goals. We’ll review your health history, discuss your current concerns, and perform a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of your symptoms. If everything is appropriate for care in our office and no referral is needed, treatment may begin at that first visit so you can start moving toward feeling and performing your best right away.

A standard chiropractic session in our office is focused, personalized, and hands-on. Each visit includes a thorough assessment to determine what your body needs that day, followed by a precise chiropractic adjustment to restore joint mobility, reduce restriction, and support proper nervous system function.
In addition to your adjustment, we incorporate one targeted manual therapy modality — such as cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, or dry needling — to address muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance recovery. By combining joint-specific adjustments with soft tissue work, we take a comprehensive approach to help you move better, feel better, and stay active.
-
An extended chiropractic session offers a more comprehensive, movement-focused approach to your care. Each visit begins with a focused assessment to evaluate how your body is functioning that day, followed by a precise chiropractic adjustment to restore joint mobility, reduce restriction, and support optimal nervous system function.
You’ll also receive one targeted manual therapy modality — such as cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, or dry needling — to address muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote tissue recovery.
What sets this extended session apart is the addition of guided therapeutic exercise. These exercises are carefully selected to reinforce your adjustment, improve strength and stability, enhance mobility, and support long-term results. Rather than just addressing symptoms, we work to build resilience and correct underlying movement patterns.
This session is ideal for patients who want a more active role in their recovery. Together, we combine hands-on care with intentional movement — because lasting results happen when doctor and patient work as a team.
