Our Services
Every visit is designed with one goal in mind: helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love. I take an individualized approach to care, combining hands-on treatment with targeted rehabilitation strategies based on your specific needs and goals.
Services may include dry needling, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic exercise. Your care plan is always tailored to you—because no two bodies, injuries, or goals are the same.

At The Well, we understand that starting chiropractic care can feel like a big step. Our free discovery visit is designed to give you a safe, low-pressure opportunity to ask questions and learn about how chiropractic may support your health.
During this 30-minute consultation, Dr. Carly will briefly review your health history, discuss your goals, and provide general guidance on the next steps—without performing any treatment, diagnostic testing, or physical examination.
If you’re interested in a full evaluation, we can schedule a separate appointment tailored to your needs.
Disclaimer: The free discovery visit is informational only and does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment. No chiropractic adjustment, examination, or therapeutic procedure will be performed. Participation in a free consultation does not establish a doctor–patient relationship. For a comprehensive evaluation, a separate paid appointment is required.

A new client visit in our office is designed to fully understand you and your goals. We’ll review your health history, discuss your current concerns, and perform a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of your symptoms. If everything is appropriate for care in our office and no referral is needed, treatment may begin at that first visit so you can start moving toward feeling and performing your best right away.

Following a new client session a structured care plan is designed to provide thorough, movement-focused care while remaining individualized to each patient. Each visit begins with a focused assessment to evaluate how your body is functioning that day. From there, we may perform chiropractic adjustments to restore joint mobility, reduce restriction, and support optimal nervous system function if indicated.
Care plans often include targeted manual therapy techniques — such as cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, or dry needling — when clinically appropriate. These therapies help address muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote tissue recovery. In addition, we incorporate targeted, corrective exercises that are specifically selected based on your movement patterns, weaknesses, and functional goals. These exercises are designed to reinforce your adjustment, improve strength and stability, enhance mobility, and retrain proper movement patterns so improvements last beyond the treatment room.
The goal of our care plans is not only to reduce symptoms, but also to improve function and build strength and resiliency. Too often, care stops once pain is gone, even though underlying dysfunction may still be present — leading to recurrence of the condition. By addressing both symptoms and root causes, and tailoring each plan to the individual’s needs, lifestyle, and response to care, we help patients take an active role in their recovery so they can feel better, move better, and stay better for the long term.
