At The Well, care is for anyone who wants to feel better, move better, and better understand their body. Dr. Carly enjoys working with athletes, active adults, and families who are ready to be involved in their health, not just look for a quick fix.
From kids to adults, every visit is personalized to your goals, your lifestyle, and your needs. Whether you're returning to a sport, navigating everyday aches and pains, or simply wanting to stay active for the long term, Dr. Carly is here to help you build a healthier relationship with movement.

No! You don't have to wait until pain becomes severe before seeking care. In fact, many patients choose to begin care before their symptoms become overwhelming.
Pain is an important signal from your body, but it is not always the first sign that something needs attention. Changes in movement, mobility, strength, recovery, or how your body handles the demands you place on it can often show up before pain does.
Some patients come to The Well because they are dealing with an injury or ongoing discomfort, while others are looking to stay active, improve how they move, or support their body through demanding activities. Many athletes choose chiropractic care as part of their training routine to help them recover from workouts, address areas of limitation, and continue performing at their best.
Whether you're trying to get back to something you love or simply want to better understand and care for your body, you don't have to wait until something hurts to get started.

The Well Chiropractic is a direct-pay practice, meaning payment is collected at the time of your visit rather than billing insurance directly. This allows Dr. Carly to spend more time with each patient, create individualized care plans, and focus on what is best for your goals, not what insurance companies dictate.
If your insurance plan includes chiropractic benefits, we can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because every insurance plan is different, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits and coverage.
Health savings accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs) may also be used for eligible services.

The Well Chiropractic was designed to provide a more personalized healthcare experience. By choosing a direct-pay model, Dr. Carly is able to spend more time with each patient, offer longer appointments, and make recommendations based on your individual needs rather than insurance restrictions.
This approach allows your care to be focused on your goals, whether that means reducing pain, improving movement, returning to activities you love, or supporting long-term health.
